My first area solution was 29 but with 5 track and the debonder at the top.  I rethought where I could manage access points and it evolved a little bit down to 3 track.  This debonder position is more central but that makes it more annoying to work with, this is quite a bit slower.

I have no idea what good solves look like.  I feel like the suppressions at the final step are inherent to this puzzle but it isn't theoretically impossible to suppress the vitae/mors input using the product the whole time and not need that extra earth.  Or you could place animismus to save the other input and reduce the burden of suppression outright.  It just doesn't fit anywhere in layouts I saw that might hit 28.
